As I Lay Dying, August Burns Red, Amon Amarth, Lamb of God, Black Label Society, Burzum (google it), Mayhem, Job For a Cowboy, Equilibrium, Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Rammstein, Korn and Satyricon. I like other commentators watched this broadcast over and over again when the Beeb put it out on it's digital channels. Absolutely overwhelming in every aspect! I'd never heard of them but, at 60 I've heard an awful lot and it's desperately difficult to impress me! All round, Elbow are the best I've seen. I did it on my 3GS... i didnt have a suction cup so i used the vacuum cleaner. But my iphone now have a brand new screen thanks to this guide. Remember to clean the iphone complete after removing the old screen so the new tape can stick to it. If your touchscreen doesnt work, your didnt connect Ribbon #2 cable correctly, open and try again. thanks for the help techspank. It took me around 2 hours to do this. Patients is key!

I play soccer. For a while I hadn't and then one day i decided to start again. I did stretch and warm up (well guess wasn't enough), I run at the gym atleast like 3 - 4 days a week. I usually start slow and gradually run really fast like at the speed of 8 or 8.5. Then I realized pain after that soccer game when I was running really fast. Even when i climb the stairs my knee makes a clicking sound. I dont have any pain when i am not doing any activities do you think this should work for me?

Then after a game or surf the following day sure enough the stiffness/popping is back(frustrating!!!). Im doing the glute exercise where you lie on your side wit your foot on your calf and youexternally rotate. Just wondering mate what exercises/stretches you do that you find help most.

@sirspencemasta Yeah that is what my PT said about my knee and the fact is a weak glute medius can definitely affect the stability of the knee. Keep working those PT exercises and use the roller. And it seems strange but you are describing almost the exact same pain that I have had in my knee recently. I was prescribed glute medius strengthening as well as terminal knee extension exercise.

Gday. I have had knee pain in my right knee on/off for about two years now. I went to a physio and he said it might be associated with a weak glute medius, he gave me a bunch of exercises/stretches and it didnt really fix the problem. The problem is that my knee constantly locks up slightly when bending etc And I can pop it back into place when fully bent. This doesnt hurt, but I have a slight "twinge" on the medial side slightlyanterior to the knee, sort of where the femur and tibia meet. HELP!

hi jason, i will definately try these exercises, since i've been having knee pain for over a year now. in 1996 i had my first surgery (meniscus removal), then in 2003 my second one when i had my ACL rebuilt with the harmstring tecnhique. Everything went fine back then, but in physiotherapy my harmstring hurted a lot it felt like it broke, so the therapist focused on the quad. I runned, windsurfed, all ok, but last year after been out of sports for way too long (too much work) my knee ..(cont)

@Keviin92 Yes, it had been 2 or 3 weeks of doing this foam roller exercise when I posted originally. Since it hurt like heck initially, I did it for 3 sets, about a minute each. Once I found the tight spot, I stayed on it. I also did leg raises to strengthen my Vastus Medialis during this time. At the very least, rolling my itb loosened my leg. Now I stretch it before exercise. Feels Good now.

you could do it this way but i prefer this way...... get a flat surface, scratched cd, gorilla glue, hammer, knife, gas and match. glue it to flat surface, carve your initials with the knife, hit it with about 35 lbs of force with the hammer and then pour a substantial amount gas on it, strike the match and drop it on the broken gas soaked fragments of plastic and watch in amazment. pretty good technique.

Dave, my car has a leak in the system for sure, but when i start the car the belt wants to smoke around the compressor and makes a horrible noise every now and again. how do i know 100% if the compressor is bad? and keep in mind that the air is off on it all the time, but i think the previous owner ran the air when it was leaking freon
